Our day service is a 48 week a year placement. We are an outcome based, target driven service which consists of four areas:
Home & Independence, Health & Wellbeing, Friends, Relationships & Community Life and Learning, Skills & Pathways into Employment.
Our aim is to help young people for later life, to be able to live as independently as possible and for community inclusion.
