Trinity House is a short stay respite home with a warm homely feel; the building is 4-bedroom detached house in the small village Kingsbury on the outskirts of Tamworth which benefits from being close to local services and amenities, providing the perfect location for community-based activities close to Kingsbury Leisure Centre, Kingsbury Community Centre, and Kingsbury water park.

The house has large communal/living area and kitchen with an additional room which will be used as a quiet space. There is a good sized rear enclosed garden and ample parking to the front with a large driveway. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite facilities, the further three bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with ensuite and bedroom 3 & 4 both double bedrooms are serviced a separate bathroom on the first floor.
