"I was so happy when Nile got offered a place at trinity respite services day service provision. Since he has started, he is so happy and enjoys going to the service every day. The staff are amazing and I know Nile is being looked after exceptionally well. I have brilliant communication with Ash and between us we ensure Niles needs are meet and he has everything he needs. I receive regular messages letting me know about days outs and events the service are offering which is great as a parent/carer as I get to know what things Nile is doing and ensure he has extra money etc. The service ensures they promotes Niles right of choice and push for him to be as independent as possible within a safe space. I couldn’t recommended Trinity enough for any parent/carer considering their service. "
"My daughter has been attending Trinity Day Service for around 15 months. I am over the moon with the service provided. The staff are all knowledgeable about Charlotte's medical, physical and emotional needs and I have absolutely no doubt about how happy she is there. Having been through Special Needs educational placements since Charlotte was 4, I know first-hand that this is not something that can be taken for granted. In fact, I will be using Trinity over-night respite service when this opens, and I have never trusted anyone with her overnight care before. Julie."
"Trinity Day Service has made it easy for my young adult to settle in well. It’s given them a true structure to their week. The team are great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this setting to anyone who is looking for a place that is well run and a happy safe place to attend. "
"Our daughter has been at Trinity since it opened. As parents we realise how lucky we are to have a facility like this in Sutton Coldfield and it is so well run. All the staff are exceptionally well trained, polite, engaging and we know that Nikki loves being there and is well looked after. Trinity Respite Services go above and beyond in delivering a top quality service. "
"I like coming to Trinity day service because of the activities. I like the food, lifeskills, bowling, swimming and gym. I like all the staff and my friends. "
"I like going for long walks with the staff. I like going to the gym and swimming sessions with my friends. "
"I like Trinity because the staff are supportive and it gives me a structured life and something to focus on. If I was at home I would stay in my room but when I'm here I get to speak to my friends and staff and do lots of fun activities. "
"I love coming to Trinity. I have been for 6 years and I never want to leave. The staff are always there to talk to and help me. I enjoy all the activities we do and spending time with my friends. "
"Trinity is an exceptional place to work, in my short time here I have lived and learnt a lot, I have met a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures. I have had every opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge opening doors for me in my own career which has always been fully supported and encouraged - Trinity Respite Services goes above and beyond for the service users, staff and external professionals, the standards they set out are achieved and more, they excel in their own goals and visions. "
"Trinity Respite Services is a very positive work environment, management are extremely supportive, they offer full training and there is a lot of opportunity for role progression within the company. Staff go above and beyond to ensure a person centred approach, in which service users are supported in gaining independence and building on their personal interests. I really enjoy working for Trinity Respite Services and feel fully supported and happy within my role. "
" I've been a member of staff at Trinity for over 10 years. I consider myself very fortunate to of watched some of our service users transition from education into our day service provision. The dedication from our staff team has helped to create a fantastic place to work and a great environment to help develop our service users. The range of activities on offer is second to none and the service continues to develop year on year. "
"I have been a care assistant for many years and in 2022 I had the amazing opportunity to join Trinity day service provision working with young adults with learning disabilities. Trinity is continuing to develop and grow its services and all young adults are at the heart of all Trinity has to offer, from its person centred care to its extensive timetable and activity programme. In my short time at Trinity as a support worker, the management team has fully supported me to develop and grow in my role and encouraged me in training to become a mental health and wellbeing officer alongside my current role. This has given me the opportunity to to incorporate and set up a monthly parent/carer coffee morning enabling parents and carers to come together and share experiences, information and talk in a relaxed environment and socialise.
